Creative Inspiration for Painting & Sailing Up "The Narrows"

Hello Creative Heart!

Welcome to the second video in my new vlogging series.

Come aboard as I find inspiration for paintings while we sail up “The Narrows”. We leave Gladstone Marina and try not to run aground while navigating through shallow waters amidst breath-taking scenery.

Gathering inspiration for our creative lives is so important. But it can easily be forgotten amidst our to-do lists and busy lives.

Giving yourself what you need to feel supported in your creative life means taking time to fill your well of inspiration.

What do you love to do? What do you enjoy? How can you bring even just a little more of that into your life? It doesn’t have to be huge or take loads of time. Being intentional about filling our well of inspiration and doing things we enjoy is so good for our wellbeing, productivity and mental health, too.

I’m delighted to share some of the landscapes that inspire me.

Thank you so much for your amazing, ongoing support! 😁

I cherish getting to share these sailing and creative adventures with you. I hope you enjoy the video.

You can find the yummy recipe I cooked onboard here – Spicy Kale and Coconut Fried Rice by Cookie & Kate.

Please feel free to share this video with your friends or anyone who you think may like a little inspiration to play with acrylic paints in their creative life.

And if you’d like to leave a comment, I’ll be so excited and I promise to reply!

Wishing you a beautiful, creative week ahead,

With love,
Nicola xx
