Prosper is a 16 week coaching intensive for Creative Hearts and is focused on supporting you to cultivate prosperous money mindsets, develop new income streams, and nurture deep trust in yourself so you can make money doing what you love.

My specialty as a coach is to support you where you’re at. While we will be guided by the 12 Prosperous Pillars outlined above, having a set curriculum defeats the purpose of working with you, individually, and supporting you to bring to life the income stream(s) you are working on right now.

When I designed this coaching intensive, I was intentional about tailoring it to specifically support Creative Hearts who want to develop a new income stream (or multiple new income streams). You get to choose your own adventure, in the sense of deciding what you want to create, and instead of being overwhelmed with a curriculum full of PDF worksheets to fill in or videos to watch that don’t relate to your unique process or project, I’ll coach you.

During Prosper, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to have transformational, personalised coaching from me. And you’ll get to experience learning alongside your fellow Creative Hearts in the program, discovering processes or shortcuts you never expected, as you are surrounded by folks who are on the same path as you. There is so much value in surrounding ourselves with support, and you can move forward in leaps and bounds by hearing what your peers are learning alongside you. You’ll receive real time feedback, inspired big-picture thinking, and intricate or practical tips that will save you time and money in brining your income stream to life, too.

This is a space where you can come in and say, “Ok, I’ve begun designing my offering, I’m wondering what I need to do next,” and you will be coached directly on our calls and in our private Community Forum. I’ll also offer relevant and specific resources, frameworks, checklists or tools to help you bring to life your new income stream.

Prosper is all about transformation, not an over load of information. It’s about learning how to turn disappointments into an opportunity, instead of a catastrophe. The work I do with clients is upheld by a principle I firmly believe: You are the expert on you. Which means, you know yourself, your circumstances and your needs better than anyone else. Instead of turning outwards and looking for validation, direction or permission, I invite you to use this decision to come home to yourself. No one knows what the future holds and there are no guarantees in life. Sometimes, we can have fears and doubts about how going after our creative dreams will impact our life. You can be assured of this: You will be a different you at the end of the next four months. You will have grown, learnt, and shifted. And while you can’t be certain how your income stream is going to turn out, you can cultivate ways of being in the world that will support you to continue to follow your heart, regardless of outcomes, so you can continue to actively shape your creative life and work so that is fulfilling and sustainable.

Instead of focusing on certainty, I invite you to focus on cultivating curiosity. Curiosity about the you who you will become in pursuit of your creative dream and new income stream(s). Curiosity leads to discoveries, transformations, expansions, and even more creativity. Choose to focus on curiosity, rather than certainty. When we focus on certainty, it leads to… well, more of what we already know.

So… the truth of the matter is, I don’t know what’s right for you.

However here’s what I do know: Fears about money are rarely about money. If you had enough money to do anything you wanted to, would you choose to say Yes to Prosper? Would you choose this as the safe container that holds you securely while you bring your chosen income stream to life? Or would something else cause you to hesitate, or to say No at the threshold?

On a practical level, I have three suggestions to help you to navigate this decision.

#1. Check in with yourself (always check in with yourself!) Consider these five elements:

Use my favourite financial therapist Bari Tessler’s framework for making conscious money decisions.

• The Numbers: Do you have enough money to cover the investment? Is there a way you could easily make the money (selling an existing offering, simplifying your expenses — it may be easier than you think!)

• The Timing: Is this the right time for you to do this? Does developing a new income stream feel like something your heart is longing to focus on now, in this season of your life?

• The Value: Is sharing your creative work with the world something you value? How willing are you to invest in developing income streams and bringing to life your creative dreams?

• The Cost: What will it cost you to not do this? What will you miss out on by not choosing this path? We can struggle trying to do things on our own, when, if we surround ourselves with support, it can help us to increase our bottom line, boost our confidence, and support us to boldly share our creative work with the world, leading to more sales and money in the bank, so much sooner. It sounds obvious, but we lose money when we aren’t making money. Lacking confidence and clarity to take action is an opportunity lost and in accounting terms, it comes with an opportunity cost.

• The Intention: Are you making this decision from a place of love for yourself and care for your wellbeing, both present and future? What is your intention in making this decision? What is your intention with your work in the world and the creative legacy you are creating? Is this decision intentional and full of love, or is it based in fear?

#2. Here are some other questions you can explore, to help you clarify what you truly want:

• If I say Yes! to developing the income stream my heart is calling me towards, and to joining Prosper, who will I be, six months from now?

• If I say No, who will I be, six months from now?

• How will my creative life and business change, as a result of creating this income stream I’m longing to create? What treasures, blessings and experiences might unfold, through the experience of bringing it to life?

• If I trusted myself completely, what would I choose to do now?

When you are clear on these questions, you can be sure everything is aligned for you to experience a wonderful return on your investment.

#3. Pull out a pen, or open a new document, and write down all your thoughts, feelings and ideas that come up around saying yes to this program.

What is holding you back? Are there real constraints? If it is something you really feel drawn to, are there any ways you can make it easier to say yes to yourself? Perhaps you can see it as a gift to your inner child, who longs to feel seen and heard in a safe community. Perhaps you can write it off as a business expense. See what comes up for and is true for you.

So, settle in and take a deep breath. Check in with yourself. Look at your numbers. Listen to and follow your heart.

Is this your time? You have the information inside you to know.

Most importantly, be an ally for your own creative self. Trust your sense of right timing, trust that when you follow the call of your heart, you will be supported to bring to life that which you desire.

THE PROSPER ACCELERATOR Program is a bonus opportunity to receive creative mentoring and business coaching with me in the lead-up to when Prosper officially begins.

You will definitely get the most out of Prosper: Make Money Doing What You Love by participating in the live coaching calls, as they are the foundation of the coaching experience in this intensive. However, all of the calls will be recorded and housed in our private Member’s Area so you can catch the replay for any that you are unable to attend live. As a reminder, the Prosper calls will be held on Wednesday at 12 noon Brisbane Australia Time (AEST), 3 weeks of each month.

As your coach, I’ll personally host each and every call we have during the Prosper coaching intensive. I don’t outsource or delegate coaching calls to sub-coaches or contractors. I’ll be your personal guide, host and biggest cheer-leader the whole way through.

The calls will all be hosted on Zoom with the video on, so we can see each other online as we connect on our weekly calls (you are welcome to turn the video off, if you prefer). Each call will be scheduled to go for 90 minutes, however, if we are deep in conversation, I value insights and transformation over keeping a strict time schedule, so occasionally we may go ‘over time’.

On some calls we may not get to hear from each and every participant, however I’ve found there is so much insight to be gained from listening to others’ experiences, it is hugely worthwhile to show up and participate on each of the calls. We will use a red, orange and green light system to prioritise the urgency of member’s desire to be coached, so if you have an urgent matter, you will get priority. Some weeks you may be cruising along with implementing your action steps and be happy to simply listen as your fellow Creative Hearts are coached, and other weeks you may be facing a challenge or chomping at the bit to find out the next action you need to take, and you’ll get to have the microphone as you have my and the group’s full attention.

There will also be teachings, new practices and workshop activities woven into our calls, to help you along this journey – implementing both the inner and outer work necessary to bring your income stream(s) to life.

If you have a job, young children, or something else that makes our time slot difficult for you, but you are a wholehearted Yes to receiving the support of our circle, I invite you to see this as an opportunity to get creative, set some new boundaries, and ask for what you really desire in this one precious life. You may decide to ask for support from a nanny or your family to watch the children while you’re on the calls, or you may have a conversation with your boss and negotiate an extended lunch break, perhaps offering to make the time up later. It may require you getting creative, but the deeper you commit to this, the more you will get out of it.

I also record each call and make the recording available to the group a couple of days after the call. This is helpful, as Creative Heart’s often find they want to go back over the calls to revisit the lessons learned.

Yes! A major component of the Prosper intensive is the community forum.

To support our community of Creative Hearts and make sure we are faced with less distraction and overwhelm, I’ve decided to host the community in a space that is NOT on Facebook.

I’m very excited to announce the Prosper Community platform comes with an app for both Android and Apple phones, and has a simple interface to navigate both on your computer or phone, making it easy to stay connected with the group whether you’re at home or out and about.

We will be using the Prosper Community Forum as a private, sacred space where you will be encouraged to post updates of what you’re working on, your intentions for the week ahead, and as a space where you can ask for and receive support between our calls. It will also house the recordings of all our calls, resources for you to download to help you bring your income streams to life, and much more.
